eddie is amazing. richard is going to try actually being his friend.
and encouraging him to get out more and avoid holing up in his office.

felix and eddie
Felix thinks that Eddie's pretty cool. I don't think they'd ever really talk too much, as he's not in any of his classes, but maybe something popped up.
felix and luc
Felix is also single and ready to mingle~ He'd be much amused by Luc, and would most likely turn up the "Irish charm" (flirt outrageously). He'd be comfortable with Luc, because it seems as though he wouldn't pry at Felix (for an extroverted guy, he's almost painfully private), but let him open up in his own time.
felix and cait
Felix probably wouldn't know her that well, he's basically really lazy and so wouldn't really be doing any sports, but he'd talk to her if he saw her. Yes Amy Pond good.

Cait = Amy Pond = Excitement and Adventure. Thus, she and Jessica need to be friends. They're both Crosby girls and I imagine they could have fun developing a bit of a reputation for the house.
As for Luc and Eddie, they're her top boys. I think there's enough said there. She probably worries Daddy Dearest from time to time but what teenage daughter doesn't?

yay for bruce! :3 i really do love these two. considering how well they go together, they'll be fab as good friends.
eddie could definitely be persuaded by dick into venturing out of his office cubbyhole. obviously he won't turn into an out-every-other-night type, on occasion he'll turn outings down. but only due to family (which he knows richard will understand about!) and perhaps work a couple times.
but overall, he can definitely adopt a slightly more outgoing side to himself with richard's help! and i can't help but think of science bros now.
eddie and felix
mm, yes, it'd be pretty hard to link these two up other than having felix being a friend of his son's, as you proposed...
i mean, maybe if eddie found out about felicia marina then that could be interesting. he wouldn't go all berserk and stop luc from seeing him or anything (he's really nonchalant about his son being gay - he and ariane knew from when he was young and have always supported him fully), he'd just go bright red and keep it to himself, so felix wouldn't have anything to worry about.
that was just something absurd that came to mind, it could be funny, but probably not pragmatically achievable. x3
luc and felix
i'm not going to lie (and i hate that phrase, so this is a special occasion) but i paired these two up instantaneously while reading felix's application. i'm so glad there's only a year between them in age and they're in the same house!
the fact that these two are both pretty out-there makes them very compatible, and i agree that they'd be perfectly comfortable in one another's company, even if they find themselves flirting.
although, i have to say that i can't guarantee luc will be able to handle that for too long without an explanation. he'll be the one who ends up asking the awkward "so, what are we?" simply because he doesn't either want to be taken advantage of or make the wrong assumption and slip up somewhere down the line.
but until then, i can just see luc working out felix's need for privacy pretty quickly and therefore focussing on keeping things light and fun. as you can tell, he's really good at that side of things!
however-- bear in mind that he can also calm down and listen with a snap of your fingers, whenever the times comes. he's well aware how easy it has with his sexuality, and how practically everyone accepts it just because his parents are famous. in fact, luc will no doubt get frustrated and upset if/when he finds out felix's reasons for coming to oasis.
so yus. that's what i was thinking, sorry for the spam! eep. i just have a lot of feelings. (she doesn't even go here!)
cait and felix
yup, i agree with this. aside from being in the same tier, these two unfortunately don't have much in common :c
plus, cait grew up in a very sheltered environment right up until she was fourteen, so i imagine she'd be kind of perturbed by his alter-ego, too.
she's perturbed by a lot of things though, so don't let felix take offence! ;p
cait and jessica
i hadn't made this connection! this is a nice idea, i like the sound of it.
although-- when i say amy pond, i do only mean she's roughly based on her. cait's basically got a bit of amelia's naivety and a bit of amy's fieriness in her, and the scottishness, and that's about it.
but they should definitely be friends! i have to say, though, that cait won't be lead astray or do anything she doesn't want to, simply because morals are firmly drilled into her...
of course, she loves excitement and adventure, buuut on a much tamer level compared to jessica. so jessica will probably get bored of her, sorry :c
BUT if i decided to corrupt my girly, i will know exactly who to come to!
luc and jessica
in stark contrast, luc is all willing to be influenced by his big sis. i suppose it's subconsciously the idea of an adopted child wanting to fit in with the other children in the family (same story with the third musketeer in this situation, benji).
luc just likes tagging along sometimes when jessica's off on one of her daring activities, whatever it may be, and getting stuck in. he has that rebellious streak and jessica's all up for having some company!
little do they know that they're corrupting little benji, right? aw, my dream team <3
eddie and jessica
ohh, i don't know how she gets away with it but somehow she does! jessica certainly has her daddy wrapped around her little finger, but clearly has no idea that she keeps him up at night... or does she?
either way, i think that perhaps it could be interesting for jessica (whether with luc and/or benji or not) to end up being caught red-handed by eddie doing something nasty. graffiti-ing the school grounds, for instance. that would break his heart - his child(ren), his school, the futility of it.
man, i can seriously just feel the pain he would get from that. he's so trusting of his babies that it would just tear his heart in two to know first-hand how destructive jessica can be. and it would be even more heartbreaking for him if his littlest ones luc and benji were beside her... OH, my feels! /sigh

felix and eddieHaha, if he and Luc ended up in a relationship, there could be a moment where Eddie thought that Luc was cheating or something on Felix, but no, it's just Felicia Marina. Cue awkward "oh, no, I'm just, y'know, a drag queen, it's okay." ..that was too amusing. I am so sleep deprived. felix and lucYeah, I kind of already ship them too  . Felix wouldn't be too perturbed if Luc asked him what they were, he's okay with that much, apart from the awkward talk that usually ensues after that question, it's if he's asked to start talking all about his emotions and if he's expected to share every little detail because he's just not comfortable with that. Seems like Luc'd be okay about that, and Felix would appreciate that! Ooh, possible drama, though... if Luc got upset/frustrated at Felix's father's lack of acceptance, it's quite likely that he'd clam up and have a mini freak-out because he's still conflicted with being himself and making his father happy. Um, yes. Sleep deprived ideas. They should wear pink on Wednesdays.

Eddie and Väinä
I think these two would get along great. Väinä loves helping anyone, and would probably stay after class or something to help a student, maybe even Ask for tutoring. Väinä loves filmmaking, and is definitely at home on a stage, so he'd be curious as to what type of technology is in the cameras that film him. He also loves a good laugh, and would try to become friends with Eddie.
Luc and Väinä
This Finn is currently gay, single, and ready to mingle too! Tough I see you've already found yourself a man. I imagine they'd Get along great. Väinä loves being on stage and Performing, and also loves music and band. I can see them becoming great friends, even if Väinä has the possibility of being friendzoned.
Cait and Väinä
I don't know why. I'm just liking these two together. Väinä would definitely try to get in her, and I don't mean sexually. He'd want to become friends with her, and try to find something she likes. He could be her gay best friend, haha! But I don't normally plot, so sorry for these short descriptions. Normally I just toss my char somewhere and see where it goes.

they're very alike, so yes, i expect they'd be as friend-like as teachers and students can be without suspicion xD eddie will really appreciate having an enthusiastic student in his class that shares his passion.

whitney and clem are in the same faculty so they have something in common. i think they can be friends, not close but regular friends who hang out once a week or in two weeks. hmm for their history, i didnt make up something interesting but maybe they met in the dorms? if you have something different in your mind then let me know  im open to anything!

hmm okay i have an idea for them but i dont know if you like it so let me know please!! whitney and luc can be penpal. i didnt think how they found each other but probably twitter/facebook or maybe one of the fan pages? it'd be better if they've known each other like more than 2 years because whitney moved to kansas in 2010. Well when she moved, they kept writing to each other? let me know if you like the idea then i can write more history about them |

yes, same faculty, same house - they even specialise in the same subject! i agree with your suggestion of them being buddies, especially considering the age difference, clem would feel much more comfortable hanging out with a girl older than her because of how immature girls her age can be! these two meeting either in their dorm house or in their lounge would suit perfectly.

this is the most adorable idea, dirim!!! it is totally something that luc would do as well. i think that their schools both joining up to a penpal programme is a good background story. and sure, it's fine that they've known each other for 2+ years, that'd be great. it would be so cute for them to come across one another in real life. should we play it so that whitney tells luc she's going to come to his parents' school and they can finally meet? and luc can get all excited, aww!

i'm glad to hear that! so they can even study together, they can socialise more as they specialise in the same subject like you said : ) and yes, it's the same for whitney. she doesn't like to hang out with girls in her age either because they cause so much drama in these ages (and all  ) and whitney is kinda bored of talking about fashion too much. i think whitney and clem will be good friends in the future. as they'll take the same classes, maybe small rivalry will appear between them but harmless rivalry.

i'm so happy now!! and i saw that they both chose semester boarding so they'll hang out a lot, especially at the weekends. it'll be so amazing. we should start a thread about it? maybe like after one day whitney arrives the school and they arrange the meeting? so we can also write their excitements and feelings etc. in the thread so we can keep the thread alive? because i didn't understand if you want to start a thead like "sending letters" or meeting in real life : / (sorry) so let me know how we do it ; ) |
